Poor Service delivery

My name is Lesego. I ordered hairproducts in March 2020. Although I understood that it was at the peek of level 5 lockdown, I had no problem with the idea that it will later be delivered. At the beginning of level 4 I enquired about the products and they promised to send them within 2 to 7 days. Until today I have not heard anything from them.
