Poor service and communication

I've ordered Eco Essentials hair products at the end of April. It's been a month since I placed my order and I still haven't received it. I enquired about delivery before I placed my order. I still haven't received a tracking link as promised I feel extremely disheartened by the way the have dealt with my order thus far. I will definitely not be ordering from them again.
