Poor Client Service

I am disappointed with the service of Eco Essentials, i purchasased mu first order with them August 2018, I had to make few follow ups before I could recieve my order. I made onother order on 30 November 2018 of R562. 46 and untill today i did not recieve my order. I send them several emails and they didn't respond. I tried to call but their phone is forever busy. If they don't have stock, I would like to be refunded and look for another products
