Please help. Eco essentials is a *****

Good day, i have purchased from them on the 14 September 2020 and i have not received my order and it is today the 14 October 2020. They send me a email on the 17th of September that the order is on its way but nothing. Every time i send a email a Bonny replies saying i will received it in 2-5 business days, their phone number is always busy. Yesterday when i tried to log in my account was deleted and had to registered and there no such order number. They send a person emails like there site it is legit and i saw there more people that fall victim to their ****. Please help me shut down these people and help others not to be a victim like me and the others. Thank you
