Outstanding order since April 2020

If it was possible to give a 0 star, I would! I placed an order in April 2020 and never received my order. I have emailed, called but never received a response. To add insult to injury, last week they sent me a promotional email and I then responded to again follow up on my missing order I received no response from them. Their last post on Instagram was in 2018 so I am now convinced that these people are running a ****. I am disgusted by their conduct. All I want now is my money back; I want nothing more to do with this company, I'm extremely disappointed.
