Order #2757

I order products on the 23 Nov, have contacted them 3 times via the online chat and emails and have still not received and response. I am very disappointed in the service. When I previously emailed to ask about discount codes I received a response in under 20 minutes, but when i want to find out about my order no one responds, and the money has been taken from my account. This is disgusting service. Doubt i will ever make use of this site again!!!!!
