December 2018, I bought products from eco essentials, was given an order number after completing payment. I haven’t received my hair products till this day, have called the website number numerous of time with no response, have written emails with any response. I have spoken to someone on Facebook was told to wait for 7 days but still, today haven’t received anything from eco essentials.
