Not even sure if this is a real business or a ****

Ordered a complete range on the 15th Dec. I got a confirmation that it was on the way on the 17th. It's the 03.02.2020 and still nithing. Sent numerous emails. Got a response early Jan that my order would be delivered in 2-3 working days, but nothing. I don't even want that order anymore, I want my refund. Highly disappointed!!!
