Non-Delivery and Poor Customer Services

I placed an order on the 28th of November till date i haven't received my parcel. I have sent them multiple emails with no luck. I even tried to call them but looks like nothing is working. I can't even track the parcel because i don't have a reference /tracking number. All I have is the order number. One lady tried to assist me on messenger but after I have provided her with my order number she went AWOL.
