No delivery, no communication

Hi,

I purchased products from Eco essentials sa on the 12th of September, these haven't been delivered. I have followed up but all I get is an auto response saying the products will be delivered in 2-3 days. If I don't get my money back I'll be reaching out to consumer protection with this issue.
