No delivery from Eco Essentials

I placed and order and paid on 6 May 2020. I later received an email on the 18th of May advising that my order was on its way to be delivered. Nothing happened until 30 June when I followed up and later received an email confirming that the order would be delivered within 2-3 business days. Waited until 08 July when I sent another follow up email and asking for a refund if they can’t deliver by 09 July. They asked for my account number to process the refund. Waiting to see if that will also take another 2 months. Worst service ever! Stay away!
