No delivery form Eco Essential

I ordered the Anti-Breakage, Nourish & Repair Collection × 1 package which is R559.95 on the 4th December 2018. I have been emailing eco essentials without any response from them. I sent them a DM on Instagram, sent them a message on Facebook manager still no response. Today I tried call calling their 010 number but it rings twice and gets engaged. I really thought that I would have received my products by now , like its over a month . Please return my money if you are not gonna send me any of your products. I am sure that i will never order from you guys again......
