no delivery

I made an online purchase on the 29/11/2018 which was suppose to the 2-5 days to be delivered. I received a sms on the 03/12/2018 that my order has been shipped with order number 2976. To date I haven't received my order. I have sent emails enquiring and tried calling but number does not exist, and no one is attending to my email. I am so frustrated with this service and I want my money back they can keep their product.
