NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ECO ESSENTIALS PEOPLE,THEY BUNCH OF **********

I ordered the products worth R431,21 and paid fully , ordered confirmed on the 18th of July and have not heared from them since.They are not responding on the socials(facebook and Instagram) and their line is ringing answered.Please , all i want is my money back and not your products or a lie you sold me. My order no:6249,i wish i came on this platform before making payment,now i'm sitting here crying!!!!
