Missing item on the parcel

Last month They had a special running and I ordered hair products online from them.The parcel arrived after a week with an item that is missing,I sent them an email immediately,I got response saying the missing item will be resent.I have been reminding them to send the missing item as I really need it but they are ignoring all my emails.
