It's a ****!
I have ordered products over 3 months ago and I still have not received any products or communication. I have emailed numerous times demanding a refund. They responded saying my products will be delivered within 2-3 days, it is a month later. This is ***** and a ****. People are losing money trying to get a product that works for their natural hair!

11 Oct 2020, 22:41On the 13th September eco Essentials sent me a response regarding my complaint of an order purchased in June. Today is the 11th of October and I still have no products or refund!!! Even after numerous emails. This is attrocious!
