Inconvenient and ****med

I have been gushing over eco essentials products for a while, for my 21st birthday my mother gave me money for me to order so I can start my hair journey with them. Mind you, we are not rich just a trying family. I have tried about a million times to contact Eco Essentials via email and calling with no responses. I wrote my first review about them on this site that is when they decided to answer the review but still no feedback. I have accepted that I'm ****med. I also learnt a life lesson not to support local businesses because of Eco essentials' customer service. Next time I'll rather go into a store and buy something I'll get instantly. Eco Essentials is a business that creates a bad name for local businesses. I have let my mother down with her hard earned money, although she won't say anything I know she is hurt.
