I'm really disappointed

I ordered products from this company on 28 November 2019 and received my delivery 2 & half month later. Unfortunately the order was completely wrong. I contacted them via email and WhatsApp. And i was promised that they will deliver the correct order but nothing has been executed up to date. I am really disappointed that I lost a great sum of money and i am not been taken seriously. My order number is #4500
