I have been ****med online. Eco essentials

I ordered their products over R500 and paid immediately on the 23rd of February and sadly I haven't received none, when I call, search, email the company there is no response. This makes me believed I have been ****med online. No more! As I will be more cautious and bring down the Eco essential ******** people through the official, do not support that business!

So today or tomorrow I am receiving my hair products from Eco Essentials. What i did to survive this possible ****, was to sent an email to the following mails: ********** ********** ********** Payfast was the company i used to pay Eco essentials and from them i wanted my refund telling them what had happened and only then did Eco essentials get back to me telling me when my products will arrive and sent me the tracking link after over a month of not getting back to me. From now on I am still not sure if I will buy from them but will be more cautious from now on if I do.
