Horrible service, business doesn't reply, con artist

I ordered products on the 27th of May and then the order was processed on the 31st of May so then 2 weeks later on the 8th of June I received a tracking code email so then that was the last piece of communication that I had received from them then 2 more weeks later I was checking the code but it didn't tell me where exactly my orders were so I kept trying to call and contact them but the calls would be ended with no answers and my messages werent rep**** to then I ask them for a refund 4 days ago then they said they were gonna send the products in 2to 3 business days so then I waited and now it's Thursday I sent them 3 messages in the past consecutive 3days but they aren't replying anymore and at the bottom of the website it says send more messages below but they don't reply to any of them and I'm still waiting
