Horrible service

I have been following up on my order which I placed on 18 August 2020. I was promised that I would receive it in 2 to 3 days, but nothing came. I requested a refund and I received another automated response that I was going to receive my order in 2 to 3 days. I have not been receiving any responses thereafter.
