Horrible service

I placed an order on 3rd of April, recieved an email on the 18th of May with no tracking number stating my order is on its way. Tried calling, emailing and live chat but no response. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Very bad service. I'm starting to think that this company is just a ****
