Horrible customer service and no product delivery, it's a ****!!!

I ordered products from Eco Essentials three weeks ago but I have not received anything from them. There is hardly any communication as to where and what is currently happening with the products. The line never gets answered. They respond to people on FaceBook but can never respond to peoples queries. This is unacceptable and the service to customers is appalling. his was the first and last time that I used this company.
