Havent recieved my Order #6586

Eco essentials doesn't even deserve a star. Their service is very bad and their contact no. Doesn't go through . Their online website may look so legit and up to date but really their nothing but a **** , they have everything in order even good reviews on the site including ways to pay that make it look legit but really their a **** , I made an order on the 29 Aug and received an email and AND that my Order has been shipped , today marks the 10th business day and I haven't received any email to explain whats happening or why their hass been a delay as ther shipping policy states that the products are delivered 2-7 days after being shipping . I'm very dissapointed as I had trusted in them .
