Hair products **** Eco-essentials
I placed an order for hair products on 06 July 2020 & paid same time. On 09 July 2020, I received an sms saying my order was shipped. I haven’t received the products even today. I have been sending messages on their website, email, social media platforms, to inquire about the progress of my order, and my messages went unanswered. On 05 August 2020, I received a message from Bonnie, apologizing for not responding. She then promised that I will receive my order within 2-3 working days. I haven’t received anything still. The landline number on their website is not working. I’m starting to believe that even all the testimonials on their website are **** and that I an being ****med.

25 Aug 2020, 14:58Eco Essentials are the worst, I have never dealt with a company that has no regard for customers like this one. whatever they say/promise is never fulfilled. The Eco Essentials people don't know what customer service is and they forget that we work hard for the money for them to just take it without providing the service to to customers as promised.
I received the a message on my email on the 19th of August that my refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Its the 4th day and no refund or product were received. Just so they know, I will not stop until my money is refunded to me, and ill make sure that people who are my contacts on all social media platforms will know how bad they are and how they go around ******** people.
