Hair care line

I ordered hair products on their website on the 20th May 2020 received confirmation that it was shipped on the 30th May 2020 to this day I haven't received my order. I have sent 3 emails and tried calling the number listed on their website to no avail. This company is unproffesional and I will never recomend their products to anyone else. I'm hurt and disappointed by how I am treated and would like to get a refund.
