*****s or just out of stock?!

I am not sure what is going on with this business. But I am beginning to think that they are *****s. I ordered online via their website in May. My order was confirmed, and I paid a whole R491. However I haven't received my package. According to the courier company they say that the supplier is out of stock. I have reached out to Eco Essentials. They keep sending the same email referring me to courier company. I don't know what to do, I have asked for a refund. Are these people *****s or what?
