So I also placed an order with them on the 25th of May 2020. June 25th cam around and I had not received my order. Call, the number does not excist, email, no reply. So I came to hello peter for reviews and I found the worst reviews ever, you've seen them and they where all telling the same story, so I sent Pay Fast an email, they rep**** with a ticket number. So now I'm heated, I want my money and everyone involved is quite. So I took to social media and wrote **** and ******* in thier comments section of multiple posts and pictures. It didn't even take an hour and I was blocked, proving that there is someone seeing these comments. I was blocked on all social media platforms, in the following hour, I was sent a tracking number and confirmation of delivery. Mind you, no one from the Eco Essentials contacted me, no one, I'm forced to take their products, even if I just want a refund. Something has to happen with this company. If you don't take extreme measures, you won't get your money or the products you ordered.
