Extremely bad service

The service is extremely bad. I placed an order in August to date I have neither received my parcels nor my refund. It is long I have been waiting for my refund but Bonnie the consultant keeps on saying it will reflect in my account within the next 4 business days but it has been months now. I will never ever do business with them again or refer anyone I know to them. My refund cannot take forever.
