ECO ESSENTIALS ******** PEOPLE

I actually do not even want to give Eco Essentials a star at all as they not deserve it at all. I placed and paid for my order on the 24th of August 2020. I have emailed and facebook messaged them and called and no luck at all. I'm still waiting for a proper response on where my items are or my refund, because a generic response of "you'll receive your order within 3 days" doesn't work for me any longer. it's been over 40 days now.
