ECO ESSENTIALS MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ******** PEOPLE

I have ordered and paid for product 17 November 2019, before I placed an order I had sent them a message on Facebook to find out about the delivery they responded and confirmed that the delivery takes 2-3 days, Weeks later I am still waiting for them to deliver the products but now they are not even responding to their messages on Facebook. I have never seen such disgusting service before and **********. I have reported their Facebook and instagram account these people need to be stopped from this shoddy business operations
