Eco Essentials is very shady, will not be buying from them ever again

I ordered on 8 May, received an email on 18 May stating my order was out for shipping but with no tracking number, followed up on 28 May but received no response. After reading bad reviews and people stating they did not receive their orders, I decided to contact Payfast since they are the ones processing paymets on 8 June. My intention was to reverse payment. Payfast responded on 9 June that they had contacted Eco Essentials and i must give it two days, after the two days passed I sent Payfast another email, they sent another email to Eco essentials on 11 June then on same day I got an email from Eco Essentials that my order was out for shipping. I received my order today with one item less; the shampoo and conditioner will expire by Nov 2020, I sent them a disatisfatory email as well as to Payfast. Eco Essentials is very shady. I will not buy from them ever again.
