Eco Essentials is ********

I dont think they deserve any star.

Its the 10th day today since I paid for the products and still nothing, they said they will deliver in 2-10 days I sent many emails and they only respoded twice. I followed up no response, I recently asked for thier address so that I can make things easier for them and go pick up the products and they not responding to me ANYMORE...

They are so consistant in their adverts but lack good client services and delivering in time. I just realised that they dont even have their business address which made me realise that this could be a ****.

I'm not to give up on my money because if they are registered in SA, I 'm definately taking the legal route. they targeted our black people because they know we want our hair long and healthy and played on our vulnerability and took advantage of that.

our hard earned money. Be warned people and go where you pay while holding what you want.
