I bought hair products from Eco Essentials 1st of January. They sent confirmation on the 2nd that order 4674 is on the way and I placed another order 4681 on the 3rd January. They sent confirmation that both orders are on the way till date I haven't received the products and when calling them the number does not exist. I sent emails and till date no response.
