ECO ESSENTIALS IS A ****!!!

I placed an order with Eco Essential in January 2019 and still haven't received my order! i have tried sending an email, posted on their website, I even provided the tracking number for my order and i got a response on my email saying that my order will be sent soon. Its been months and stilll nothing :( The company keeps advertising but they still have not delivered!!!
