Eco Essentials hair products is a ****

I ordered hair products from eco essentials , and within 2 days I received message that my order Ihas been packed and out for delivery. 2 days later then I received message of out of stock and delivery would be in 7 days. I still have not received my order month later - this company is a **** I don’t think it even exists
