Eco Essentials failed to deliver my order

I have ordered hair products on the 20th of April 2020. Though we were still under lockdown, they promised to start delivering from the 4th of May 2020. Since the 4th of May, they have never communicated with me again. I have been trying to communicate with them with no luck. They have been ignoring me and this means I have lost my money.
