ECO ESSENTIALS - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I placed this order in April 2020, it is now September 2020 and have still not received the products. Even after countless emails to them still nothing has been resolved. I have asked for a refund and the response I received was "It takes 4 business days to process refunds" it is 4 months later and I am still waiting.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! You will not get any joy or satisfaction - DO NOT
