Eco Essentials- Disappointed in their customer service

I have ordered hair products with Eco Essentials on 4 May 2020, todate (28 May) I still have not received them. I have sent several emails to them but was only responded to twice. The last response was on 20 May and was told the products will arrive within 5-7 working days. I haven't heard from them since, they no longer respond to emails and the telephone number provided does not go through.

I'm not even asking for a refund, I just want them to deliver. I do understand that during the lockdown, things are not going as planned but atleast keep me posted and not ignore my emails.
