Eco Essentials... bad service .. no follow up .. no communication.. just a big ****

I have ordered the products online on the 15th November 2018 , since I got an email to say that the order is dispatched The order never arrrived. I have sent messages on the online chat with no responses I have sent emails and Facebook messages. the Number you have on the website does not exist . if your a bunch of ****s ******** people off their hard earned cash im gona to make sure you get exposed
