Eco essentials

I placed an order on 26 Apr 2020 and I still have not received it. It is now 9 June 2020 and no one is saying anything. I called their couriers, they confirmed that they do not have the parcel. Never have I ever received such bad service. And that Bonnie of their is nonexistent, must be an automated response. Imagine paying close to R 400 for absolutely nothing.
