Eco Essential is a ****

I have been ****med by Eco Essentials. They have ripped me off, every time I send am email inquiring about my order and when to receive it Bonnie always has the same reply "My sincere apologies for the delay. Your order will be delivered this week" last week received an order number to track it and it was someone's order from 2015 from a different company and order from theirs. Sadly I only went to check the dates of their social media updates and their last update was in 2018. This is really shaming black-owned businesses, I am beyond frustrated.
