Eco Essential has no communication and customer s****s. very bad service.

i made payments for hair package on 03/10/2018, after a few days of checking my order, there is no movement. I tried calling them but their line doesn't go through, I sent them emails, to which they responded and requested for my order number which I gladly gave and said they would get back to me which they didn't, I sent them message on Facebook and they gave me the same response and request, I sent them DM on Insta. same response and request its now 3rd week, no product delivery, no feedback, no comment on the Insta. post I tagged them on and no money back.
