Eco Essentails ****!!!!

I am so frustrated and disappointed. I placed an order #5823 on the 25th of May 2020 as part of their websites lockdown sale received confirmation of my order, then received another email that my order was on the way on the 30th Of May 2020 and then total silence. I sent a chat on their website and no response. I called their offices, no one answered. I sent them an email requesting a refund as I had not received the good I paid for and no response. I even reached out to Payfast as they are the ones who processed the payment and their response was " we are aware of the issues, but unfortunately at this point we advise you take legal action against the company". I am appalled, I just want my money back.
