Don't buy from eco essentials!

This company is the most dishonest company ever. I ordered my products on the 19th of April and didn't receive my order from them. I sent them an email and they said that they couldn't operate due to lockdown. Once they could, they still didn't deliver, I sent them 2 emails and they kept on telling me that I will get my order the following week which I never did. I have emailed them and emailed them and they have stopped responding to my emails. I tried calling them but their phone doesn't even work. I am extremely disappointed. I want my money back but at this stage I don't even think that I'll get it back. I really hope this helps someone else. Do Not buy from eco essentials.
