Don’t buy Eco essentials

These people are a huge ****, I ordered my products on the 26 April they sent me a confirmation email and a tracking number. I gave them a 7wd to deliver and they didn’t, I then sent a follow up email just to have them respond with a tracking number and ever since then I’ve been emailing them regarding my products and they’ve been ignoring me flat. They are a big **** hair company don’t buy their products!
