Do not by ECO ESSSENTIALS PRODUCTs!!!!

Eco essentials ;( you guys are so bad with your services. I made an order on the 25th of November 2019 and I was told that I will get my products after 14 days n its past the 14 days. I sent an email again 6 days ago and Bonnie responded that I will get them 2-3 working days and that too has passed. No one is saying anything, please refund my money and close the brand, its only today i was reading the reviews that people are complaining about.
