Complaint

I ordered a pack of their hair products which consisted of Hair growth oil,serum, mist and butter costing R262,00. They delivered wrong items which is a pack with shampoo, conditioner and butter which is R239,00. I emailed a complaint to them and Bonnie promised to send the items missing but that never happened till to date. I have heard from them ever since then.
