Bunch of ***** and ********

I placed an order with eco essentials on the 5th of August and got an email on the 7th saying that my order was on it's way. I've been sending emails asking about my order but there has been no response. The last response was last week Friday (21 August) when they said i would receive my order in 2-3 business days, but nothing has been delivered until today. I feel ****med and cheated, and I'm starting to believe that the company is nonexistent
