Beware ********** practises!!

Business was being advertised during lockdown. As I was in desperate need of hair products, I ordered some. Only after paying, and after enquiring with business when I would get my products, was I told that they were not delivering during the lockdown. I then waited until the lockdown was lifted. I sent another email enquiring, and was informed that my products were being dispatched. Since then, there has been no further communication. Emails are not being answered. No telephone listed. I am yet to receive my products, or the refund I requested. My order was placed in March 2020. I will definitely be reporting them to CGSO. Wish I could rate less than 1 star.
